OpenAI has launched GPT-5.6 in limited preview with three models: Sol, Terra, and Luna. Sol is the flagship model, built for coding, science, and security, and reportedly outperforms Anthropic’s Mythos in some benchmarks. Access is currently limited to trusted users.
